Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax.
Rates base on single/twin/double occupancy, inclusive breakfast.
Child under 12 years old sharing with the family is free of charge with maximum of 1 child per room without extra bed.
Child staying in Deluxe Pool Access Room will be full responsible of parents / family.
Check-in time 14:00 hrs, check-out time 12:00 hrs.

Compulsory New Year Eve buffet dinner on 31 December 2010 at the Mali Seafood, Karon Beach; adults at THB 3,000 net per person and child (4-12 years) at THB 1,500 net per person. Child under 4 years is free of charge. This is exclusive in the room rate as above mentioned rates.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.

01 November 2010 – 23 December 2010
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.

24 December 2010 – 10 January 2011
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival or No-Show, 50% of full length of stay will be charged.

11 January 2011 – 30 April 2011
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.

01 May 2011 – 31 October 2011
Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.
